I decided to stop eating meat at 13 years old. As an animal lover, it was easy for me to ditch the meat. Over the years I stopped buying leather goods, paid more attention to my beauty products, cut back on eggs and dairy. Now I’m going on 30 and realized it was time to take the next logical step. Go vegan.
Deciding to live a completely cruelty free lifestyle is a huge step that requires a lot of research. I’ve found a passion in studying Plant Based Nutrition & Cooking. That’s why I decided to start this blog. As I’m completing my Personal Trainer and Nutritionist certifications, I will share tips and tricks on shopping, cooking, eating, and the culture of living cruelty free.
