I created Kat's Kulture when I realized there was a need for a simple, one-stop consumer resource for all things vegan and cruelty free. It can be hard to navigate the shelves in search of ethical options, so my goal is to make it easy as can be.

My approach is to spread consumer education. I'm vegan for the animals but recognize the many wonderful benefits and motivations some might have for wanting to live cruelty free. At the end of the day, it is our choices that impact the world around us and we all know money talks.

I completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate program, and am an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. Through consumer research and a passion for compassion, I can help guide you toward the green side.
